Processing Time

At Drawdots, we take pride in creating quality custom-printed apparel for our customers. Here's what you can expect for order processing:

  • Standard Items: Orders for standard items are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Custom Printed Items: Custom orders may require 2-4 business days for processing before shipping.
  • High-Volume Periods: During sales or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Please note that all delivery times below are in addition to our production time. Production typically takes 1-5 business days depending on the product and customization requirements.

Delivery Timeframes After Production

  • United States: 3-6 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3-6 business days
  • Europe: 5-8 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Worldwide (all other countries): 10-20 business days

  • United States: Starting from £4.99
  • Europe: Starting from $5.99
  • Canada: Starting from $6.99
  • Worldwide: Starting from $9.99

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $35 (to eligible countries)

Please note that international delivery times do not include customs clearance, which may add additional processing time.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide; however, there are some exceptions due to shipping restrictions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at hi@drawdots.com before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Drawdots has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or others at your address who may have accepted the delivery
  2. Contact your local postal service with your tracking number
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at hi@drawdots.com within 7 days of the indicated delivery date

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  2. Contact us at hi@drawdots.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos of the damage

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date.
