Refund Policy

Returns

At Drawdots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products that have been produced according to your specifications
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hi@drawdots.com to initiate a return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. You will receive instructions on how to return the item
  4. Ship the items back to us following the provided instructions

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, there may be additional processing time before the refund appears.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hi@drawdots.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hi@drawdots.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Sale Items

Sale items can be refunded within the standard return period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, it will need to go through our regular return process.

For custom or made-to-order items, cancellations may not be possible after production has begun.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date.
